Bernardo Magri c336f528a8 fix(hyprland): proper rule syntax for 0.52.1 and re-enable autostart

- Removed 'on/off' suffixes from window rules.
- Replaced 'match:' with proper colon syntax for selectors.
- Re-enabled swww, waybar, and boot scripts.
