docs: log known issues & follow-ups in the roadmap

Yazi prepend_fetchers group field, starship powerline removal, xfce
package deprecations, rofi function keybinds, nix-ld default, hyprland
border colors, and waybar phantom workspaces.

+- **Yazi TOML parse error on startup:** `[[plugin.prepend_fetchers]]` is
