fix(hyprland): use windowrulev2 for class matching and update docs

- Fixed invalid `windowrule` syntax when matching by class regex
  which caused Hyprland parse errors.
- Documented IPC socket watcher for display profiles in README.
- Updated agent/JOURNAL.md.
